Kursat Ceylan is a Turkish engineer with visual impairment who applied his own experiences to develop a cane designed to help people with visual impairment through the use of intelligent technology. The cane has built-in speakers, works with Google maps and includes voice assistant in addition to Bluetoott connectivity. Special sensors warn with vibrations when obstacles appear above chest level. All these tools "help people with visual disabilities to participate fully in social life."
