Teenagers Alain, Eli, Loló and Cacá belong to the upper class of Venezuela thanks to their parents' wealth. While the rest of the country is in chaos due to social injustice and oppression, they lead a carefree life full of excess, drugs and sex. But one day Eli is brutally murdered. 16 years later, Alain, who still lives in prosperity and is now a renowned journalist, almost completely concealed the drastic loss of his girlfriend. A fellow reporter begins to investigate the case and confronts him with his memories. As Alain contemplates the crime, it suddenly occurs to him that the person convicted at the time - a teacher at the quartet's school - may not have been the real perpetrator...
