Goldust (w/ Marlena) & The Patriot face Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart & "The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith. It's clear that the WWF creative team was struggling to decide on Goldust's next feud after the tragic death of Brian Pillman; that's why they left him out of Raw #230 on 20 October 1997 for the first time in three months.
Capitalizing on his long time rivalry with the Hart Foundation (that's how his feud with Pillman began, after all) they decided to buy themselves some time by putting the Bizarre One in a tag match against them.
Sidenotes: this is the original "Patriot" Del Wilkes, and this is his original theme that was later re-used for Kurt Angle.
